  • To provide the highest standard of clean, we begin our partnership with an initial deep cleaning service. This comprehensive clean brings your home to our exacting standards, addressing details that are often overlooked. Following this initial service, our recurring maintenance cleanings ensure your home remains pristine and comfortable.

    We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to maintain our standard of quality efficiently, we require that maintenance services occur at least once every two months. If more than two months pass between cleanings, the home will require more intensive work to bring it back to a maintenance level. In such cases, an additional charge of $0.50 per square foot will be applied to your next service to accommodate the extra time and effort required.

  • Whether you're preparing for a special event, doing a spring clean, or just need a professional touch-up, our one-time cleaning services are the perfect solution. The price for any one-time or as-needed clean is the same as the "Initial Cleaning" price quoted in the calculator above. This ensures your home receives the thorough, detailed attention it deserves every single time.

  • Understanding what's included in your service is key to a great experience. Here’s how we structure our cleanings:

    • Initial Deep Clean: This is a thorough service, designed to reset your home. It includes the following:

      • General, bedrooms and common spaces

        • High to low dry dusting

        • Surfaces dusted and wiped

        • Floors:

          • Carpets: vacuumed

          • Hard floors: swept and mopped

      • Kitchen

        • Cabinet exteriors

        • Countertops + tops of flat surfaces

        • Dining table, dining chairs, counterstools

        • Appliance exteriors

          • Microwave interior

        • Sink scrub

        • Faucet descaling

        • Stovetop deep clean

        • Hood vent & filters degreased

      • Bathrooms

        • Showers: Hard water, soap scum and mold + mildew removal

          • Please note not all grime can be removed if it has etched or penetrated into the glass or surface

        • Toilets

        • Exterior cabients

        • Countertops cleaned and tidied

        • Sinks & faucets

        • Mirrors

      • Add-Ons: Baseboards, interior windows (glass & tracks), blinds, interior cabinets

    • Recurring Maintenance Clean: This service maintains the cleanliness established during the initial service. It includes cleaning all designated areas of your home, such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces, ensuring a consistently clean environment.

    A Note on Add-Ons (Baseboards, Window Tracks, etc.): You can add services like baseboards, interior windows (glass & tracks), blinds or interior cabinets to any appointment. The first time we perform any add-on service, it will be billed at its Initial Price to cover the deep cleaning required. After that, you can add it to all future recurring appointments at the lower Maintenance Price.

    Services stopped for more than 2 months will reset the pricing from maintenance to initial.

  • Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

    • First-Time Cleaning: For your initial service, a team leader will perform a quality check walkthrough before our team departs to ensure the scope of work has been completed to our high standards.

    • Ongoing Maintenance: We create a customized checklist tailored specifically to your home and priorities for all recurring services. This ensures consistency and attention to what matters most to you.

    We stand by the quality of our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. To help us understand and address your concerns promptly, we require photo documentation of any issues. We are committed to making it right.

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and book your initial cleaning service.

    • We require a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file for all clients.

    • The remaining balance for your initial service will be automatically charged to the card on file upon completion of the cleaning.

    • All maintenance services will be charged to the card on file upon service completion.

    Tipping

    Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated by our hard-working team. If you wish to leave a tip for your cleaning professional, you will have the option to add a percentage-based gratuity, which will be charged to your card on file at the time of final payment.

  • We dedicate time for your home by reserving a spot on our schedule. We kindly request your cooperation with our cancellation policy.

    • 48-Hour Notice: No fee will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

    • Less than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price.

    • 2-Hour Notice or Lockout: Cancellations made with 2 hours' notice or less will be charged the full price (100%) of the service. This includes instances where our team is unable to access the property within 15 minutes upon arrival (e.g., lockouts, incorrect entry codes, etc.).

  • Customize your cleaning to fit your exact needs by including any of our add-on services. You can select these when you book online or contact us to add them to an upcoming appointment.

    • Inside Refrigerator: $75

    • Inside Oven: $100 / per oven

If you need to make an adjustment to your recurring service, have a special request, or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly by phone or email. We value open communication and want to ensure your cleaning plan is perfectly suited to your home.

  • Your privacy and trust are of the utmost importance to us. We are committed to protecting your home and personal space. All our team members are trained in our strict Closed Door & Drawers Policy. They are legally and professionally obligated to never open any closed doors, drawers, cabinets, or closets that are not part of the agreed-upon scope of work. We clean what's visible and accessible, respecting your private spaces at all times.

  • Natural stone (such as marble, granite, and travertine) requires special care. To prevent damage, clients are responsible for informing us of all natural stone surfaces in their home, including countertops, floors, and showers. Our teams are trained and equipped with pH-neutral, stone-safe products to properly care for these delicate materials once they have been identified.

  • We treat your home with the greatest care. In the rare event that you suspect damage or have any other incident to report, please fill out the Incident Report form on our website [Link to Incident Report Form]. This report will be sent directly to our management team for immediate review. You can expect a response within 8 business hours to discuss the matter.
