How to Get Started

  • Our initial cleaning service is a comprehensive clean designed to get your home sparkling. We focus on high-traffic areas and pay special attention to details like baseboards, removing build up in bathrooms and kitchens. Our goal is to bring your home to a reset state.

    After your initial clean, our maintenance services are all about keeping your home consistently fresh. We follow a detailed checklist for kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

  • Once you've accepted our quote, we will send a deposit request to secure your initial service appointment. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and is applied toward the total cost of your first clean. This payment will also place your card on file, which will be charged for the remaining balance after each completed service.

  • Absolutely. Have a 3,500 sq foot home but only need 2,000 sq ft cleaned? Pricing will be based off of how much cleanable square footage you are needing. We will customize our service to your needs so we can stay within whatever your budget is.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the service total will be charged.

    Pets & small children: For their safety and ours, please make sure that any pets or small children are in a separate area of the home while we are cleaning.

    Access & lockout: It is important that we have access to your home at your scheduled service time. If we arrive and are unable to enter, we will contact you immediately and wait for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and a lockout fee of 50% of the service will be charged.

Pricing Structure

Pricing is based on square footage and scope of work.

Scope of work is defined as but not limited to:

  • How tidy is the home?

  • How much build up or residue is there?

  • How lived in is the space between services?

  • How much pet hair is there?

  • Are we doing laundry or making beds?

  • Are we doing interior appliances or cabinets?

  • How frequently are we providing services?

You will receive two quotes during your walkthrough. One for the initial cleaning and one for your maintenance services.

Initial services are priced separately. The pricing provided is for maintenance services.

    Folding Service

    Tired of that never-ending laundry pile? We can handle it for you! Add our Laundry Folding Service to any cleaning. We'll fold and put away your clean clothes. It's a simple way to make your life easier and your home tidier.

  • On Site Wash and Fold

    During Maintenance Service

    Let us take a couple loads off your hands! We can wash and dry up to two loads of laundry during your cleaning service. Just leave out what you want washed and we will do up to 2 loads during our maintenance service. Includes washing, folding and leaving in designated area.

  • Pick Up & Delivery: Wash & Fold

    Wash & Fold with Pick-Up and Delivery

    Don't want to deal with laundry at all? We've got you covered! We'll pick up your laundry, wash and fold it, and return it to you neatly packaged within 48 hours. Our Wash & Fold Service is the ultimate convenience to help you reclaim your time.

    You do not have to be a cleaning client to have wash and fold services.
